Our project management involves all the aspects related to the feasibility of the project like planning, execution, initiation, controlling and closure. This would be adhered to an environment consisting a team striving towards a goal(s) set by the client/project outline. Our project managers’ operations are dictated by the sprints of Agile methodology.
